With the arrival of Summer here in the land down under, I thought I would share with you a video of an early morning visit to the beach to catch the sunrise.
Frolicking naked on the beach, immersing myself in my surrounds and enjoying a morning meditation and stretch.
With the weather warming up, it's time to move my morning ritual to the beach.
From starting my morning off with my daily cup of warm lemon water and a herbal tea, to bike riding to the beach, to breathing deeply, moving my body, doing some meditation and immersing myself in the awe-inspiring beauty of Mother Nature, I invite you to immerse yourself with me in nature and enjoy the serenity.
