In this video, as the weather was warming up here down under, I decided to go on a casual nude hike.

Whilst not the initial hiking trail of choice as I set off, and after a bit of a wild goose chase, I stumbled across ‘Clarrie Hall Dam’ on my adventures and decided to take a recreational nude hike along this trail.

The Clarrie Hall Dam Wall Trail is a 7.7km out and back trail located near Doon Doon, New South Wales, Australia.

Whilst Clarrie Hall Dam isn’t an offical, or even unofficial, nude hiking trail, it was quiet enough on this Tuesday afternoon to enjoy its surroundings in the nude. I managed to cross paths with only one other person in the entire 2 hours I was there (and yes, I did a nude dash as I spotted them from afar…which you’ll see in the video). I suppose this is the potential risk you run if you choose to hike such trails in the nude.

Nude hiking is a great way to fit in some physical exercise whilst taking the opportunity to feel even more connected to nature by enjoying it in the nude.
I treat nude hiking as more of a recreational activity and would always advise exercising caution and prioritising safety (which I talk a little bit about in the video).

As well as greeting some local cows in the nude along the way, (might look a little something like me ‘moo-ing’ at the cows in the nude on the side of the road), I stopped along the way to take some beautiful photos and really soak up the serenity.
