Join me from the oldest nude beach in the state of Victoria. Point Impossible attained its clothing-optional status in 1983 and was declared Victoria’s first ever legal nude beach.

Located next to the famous surf town of Torquay, which is also the gateway to the world famous ‘Great Ocean Road’, I invite you to join me for a morning at Point Impossible.

As one of only three legal nude beaches in the state of Victoria, this episode will wrap up the Victorian leg of the ‘Nude Beaches of Australia’ series…as we’ve already covered Sunnyside and Southside (Southside is only a 20 minute drive from Point Impossible too).

Just 20 minutes from my hometown of Geelong, this was my second time ever visiting Point Impossible. After years since my first visit here, I visited this beautiful stretch of beach again…and I was not disappointed. If anything, my visit left me wondering why I hadn’t spent more time there when I was living in Geelong!

We filmed this episode on 2 January 2022, and with it being the day after New Years, the holiday season and a nice, warm sunny day…the beach was jam-packed!!! It was actually really challenging to film on the beach because there were just so many naked humans everywhere! I do make mention of this in the video and go into why a busy nude beach makes for difficult filming. Nonetheless, I worked with what I had and am excited to show you the beauty and perks this beach has to offer.

With a 1 kilometre stretch of beach to be enjoyed sans clothing, the standouts of this particular nude beach are, firstly, its accessibility. On top of this, it also has its own dedicated car park that is a short stroll to the nude beach, as well as amenities.

So, I am excited to bring you along for a morning at this beautiful beach that I am definitely keen to get back to when I am next in Victoria.
