From naked hula hooping to making new nudie friends on the beach, come and join my friends and I for a beautiful day at Tyagarah Beach.
Tyagarah Beach is located between the popular towns of Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay in New South Wales, Australia.
It is actually my closest official nude beach, and is so for many in the south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales areas.
The ‘clothing-optional’ section of the beach stretches 800m and backs onto the Tyagarah Nature Reserve which protects 7km of coastline.
In this video, I’ll show you the scenic beauty of the beach and the surrounding nature, as well as let in you on all you need to know about the beach if you’re considering a visit. Whilst not a designated ‘clothing-optional’ area, we also make a pit stop at the popular ‘Tea Tree Lake’ that you can enjoy on your way in or out from the nude beach.
I also meet two amazing women on the beach and interview them about their journey with nudity and body image. The women also showcase their talent with some naked hula hooping!
